Your quote comes from three things: the size of the load or the hours of labor you need, how hard the place is to get in and out of, and the miles involved. We settle on one number from that and stand behind it. As long as the move matches what you described, nothing shifts while the crew works, so the total at the door is the total we named up front.

Ours, without exception. The movers are Quick Move employees, trained and background-checked, working out of Virginia Beach, and we run each job in-house. No middleman skims a cut off the top and nobody unfamiliar ends up inside your home.

You pay once everything is unloaded, apart from that small refundable deposit that held your date. Card, check, and cash all work, and you sign off on the final flat number on the spot before the truck pulls away.

Just a modest, fully refundable hold to lock in your date and your crew, and that is as far as it goes. Everything else you settle once the work is finished, and quoting you never costs a thing.

They do not. Three flights with no elevator, a piano or a gun safe, a haul across the bridge-tunnel, every bit of that is folded into the flat price before we lift the first item, so the figure never creeps past what we quoted.

Every month of the year. Coastal summers run hot and sticky, so the crew gets an early jump and keeps a steady rhythm rather than letting boxes bake on the lawn. When a tropical system threatens, we watch the track and shift your day if safety calls for it. The coast can do what it likes; your booking still stands.

By planning ahead of it. The crew schedules the drive around the HRBT, the Monitor-Merrimac, and the downtown tunnels, dodges the worst of the I-64 and I-264 rush-hour snarl, and still lands inside the arrival window we promised you.

Constantly, it is one of the biggest pieces of what we do in this region. Families stationed around Naval Station Norfolk, Oceana, Little Creek, Langley, and Fort Eustis get moved on the schedule their orders set, we play by the gate and inspection rules, and we keep the day fast and easy on you.

We do, and the cost sits in your flat price already. Uprights and grands, loaded safes, weight racks, and the rest of the heavy, ungainly stuff go on the correct dolly with the right straps and padding, carried by people who have wrestled dozens of them out the door.

We can. A lot of oceanfront towers and downtown buildings want a Certificate of Insurance plus a reserved elevator or dock, and housing on base runs its own gate and inspection routine. Forward whatever the building or the installation requires and we lodge the COI and lock the time slot in ahead of the day.

Absolutely. Hire the crew for the heavy lifting alone and we will fill or empty a rental truck, a POD, or a shipping container, or shift a couple of bulky pieces around, everything wrapped and stacked snug, all on the same single flat price.

Speed is rather the point around here, so a tight timeline is welcome. Booking a week or two ahead gives everyone breathing room, but plenty of our jobs are same-week, next-day, or genuinely last-minute, PCS orders among them. Give us a ring and we will slot you in.

Before anything leaves the room, we roll runners across the floors, wrap the doorways and banisters in padding, and blanket each piece of furniture. Both homes finish the day unmarked, and that holds just as true down a cramped base-housing unit or a high-rise corridor.
