How is the flat price kept firm?
Your quote comes from three things: the size of the load or the hours of labor you need, how hard the place is to get in and out of, and the miles involved. Do stairs, a piano, or a water crossing add charges later?
They do not. Three flights with no elevator, a piano or a gun safe, a haul across the bridge-tunnel, every bit of that is folded into the flat price before we lift the first item, so the figure never creeps past what we quoted.
Can you move a piano or other heavy items?
We do, and the cost sits in your flat price already. Uprights and grands, loaded safes, weight racks, and the rest of the heavy, ungainly stuff go on the correct dolly with the right straps and padding, carried by people who have wrestled dozens of them out the door.
Can you move in the summer heat and hurricane season?
Every month of the year. Coastal summers run hot and sticky, so the crew gets an early jump and keeps a steady rhythm rather than letting boxes bake on the lawn. How much notice should I give?

How do you keep my floors and walls unscuffed?
